Massage at Work
Specially designed for the workplace, this fully clothed, seated massage provides a practical; cost effective and immediately effective approach designed to refresh, revitalise and indulge employees whilst reducing the effects of stress and musculo-skeletal problems
Our services, delivered within the East Midlands area, are flexible and include 15,20 or 30 minute massage sessions, one-off visits or regular massage days. Massage at Work can be a simple treat, part of a health promotion or part of a wider stress management strategy to:
- Improve and maintain employee well being
- Reduce absenteeism
- Prevent musculo-skeletal conditions
- Boost the immune and circulatory systems
- Increase alertness and improve concentration
- Stimulate endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemical

Typically our fee for developing and delivering services is between £ 350 and £550 per day depending upon the size and complexity of the contract.
We do not want cost to be a barrier to organisations creating more positive working environments, and individuals improving their health and well-being. That is why we offer flexible payment options which include:
